We regularise

Free assessment, complete file, filing, follow-up through to the hotel-type accommodation authorisation — the 5-step process. The owner only pays if the authorisation is granted: €100/m² excl. VAT, min. €2,500 excl. VAT.

You get paid

10% excl. VAT of our invoiced fees, paid on collection. Example: 200 m² of authorised premises = €20,000 excl. VAT in fees → €2,000 excl. VAT for you. And you keep managing the property, now operable all year round.
