Agence BnB was born from a simple observation: the authorisations we were obtaining for our own buildings were worth a fortune — and nobody was offering that expertise to property owners, let alone paid on results.
Agence BnB was born within Lavie Maison, one of Europe's leading short-term rental and property management companies: more than 40 apartments and suites operated in-house in Paris, Bordeaux and Nice, several million euros of stays managed every year, and a brand built on direct bookings.
Our teams convert entire buildings — offices and retail — into hospitality establishments. Every project starts with the same step: obtaining the change of use (change of destination). Filing hundreds of prior declarations across France, analysing more than 120 Paris applications (approvals and refusals alike) and securing the authorisations that matter built a method.
Agence BnB puts that method to work for your premises — with the most radical alignment on the market: if your authorisation is not obtained, we earn nothing.
